I work where business problems and software decisions meet.
I help founders decide what to build before the money is committed. I map how the business actually works, then hand over a recommendation and a specification any competent team could execute. When the answer is to build, Demon Dog, the delivery company I run, can deliver it.
I started as a developer and I still write code. Most of the largest systems I have worked on were bespoke builds well into six figures: finance systems, payment platforms, infrastructure a business runs on. Self-employed from 2015, serving clients in the United States and Sweden; in 2021 that practice became Demon Dog S.L.
The expensive mistakes are decision mistakes, not engineering ones. Most happen before anyone writes code: in what gets assumed, what goes unquestioned, and who was never asked. I care more about the decision being right than the project being mine.
Principles
I explain technical choices in business language, so people can make decisions without pretending to be developers.
A tool is only good if people actually use it. I care about the daily workflow, not just the launch.
Not every problem needs AI. Not every process needs custom software. The right answer is the one that helps the business.
